I do like to have faith that people learn from their mistakes and are likely to shoot the straight path after a visit to jail. However, there are people who will be habitual offenders…since it’s hard to delineate who will and will not be, I completely understand the concerns here. While I like to have faith in people, I can’t act like some people are simply rotten. I work in in home care and have met some people I believe to be very upstanding citizens (people who the system works well for) while at the same time I’ve met others that I’m not too confident in. Therefore, I really think this is a good article that can help folks to delineate on who to hire.
